WHAT TO EXPECT

E-TICKET DISTRIBUTION
E-Tickets have been distributed the week prior to the Breakfast via email. This email will include a QR Code ticket for check-in, as well as your Table Assignment.

Your e-Ticket(s) will be sent to your email address on file. It will be from registration@bostonmlkbreakfast.org with the subject line: “Your E-Ticket to the 56th Annual MLK Jr. Memorial Breakfast!” Please save this email.

When looking for your e-Tickets, please check your spam folder as some attendees have found their ticket there.

You may login to your ticket account and navigate to “Registrations” to also see your ticket orders.

If you do not receive your e-ticket by Friday at 6pm, you may reach out to registration@bostonmlkbreakfast.org to inquire.

If you cannot find your e-ticket, we will have Will Call on site to look up your name and check you in that way.

TIMELINE
The doors will open at 8:15 am. The program will begin promptly at 9:00 am. Breakfast service will begin at approximately 9:25 am, following the singing of “Lift Every Voice.”

DRESS RECOMMENDATION
We invite you to dress in your “Sunday best!”

QR CODE E-TICKETS
Please bring your QR Code E-Ticket with you on the day of the event. You can print out the code or present it on your mobile device. 

CHECK-IN
Upon arrival at the Westin Copley Place, greeters will direct you to the escalators to head upstairs to the 3rd floor. On this floor, you will Check-In with your QR code E-Ticket and receive a wristband as your token of entry. There will be coat check and access to the Digital Salon on this floor.

The Main Ballroom is up the escalators on the 4th Floor.

VENUE INFORMATION
The Westin Copley Place is located at 10 Huntington Ave, Boston, MA 02116. Please note that this is in the Back Bay area of Boston!

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
The Westin Copley Place is located in Back Bay at the Copley Plaza, which is easily accessible by the T. Back Bay Station is accessible by Orange Line, Commuter Rail, and Amtrak. And from Back Bay Station, you can navigate tunnels and covered walkways all the way to the Westin Copley Place.

Copley Station is the closest stop on the Green Line, and a short walk to the hotel.

PARKING INFORMATION
Valet Parking is available at the Westin Copley for $45 per vehicle. There is no on-site self-parking option at the hotel.

If the valet fills up, there are also the following parking options available, within walking distance:

  • Copley Place Central Garage 
  • 131 Dartmouth Street Garage 
  • Dartmouth Street Garage 
  • Clarendon Street Garage 
  • Street parking
